THIS LAST WEEK I STOPPED BY ONE OF MY CLOSEST FRIENDS BABY SHOWER GET TOGETHER FOR THE JAPANSE PEEPS. SO I WAS OF COURSE THE ONLY BROTHER HOLDING IT DOWN. BUT EVEN WITH ENGLISH BEING NOT A FOCUS OF SPEECH THAT NIGHT I STILL HAD FUN HANGING WITH MY FRIEND AND THE WHOS WHOS OF JAPANESE PEOPLE IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY. FROM MODELS, BOOKERS, TO HAIR STYLIST AND SO ON.

So past fashion week I had my film shown with some great filmmakers at the dossier party at the tribeca grand hotel. It was a cool event even though im over all these fashion people in NY, but I chilled out with my peeps and had a drink. What was even cooler was to see my film on a movie screen, mad props on that!

So i came across this article on the web searching for photos of my favorite war time period, WWI. This article was rather interesting and it dealt with early pre plastic surgery and one of the early pioneer of the field Harold Gillies. He had an exhibition at the The National Army Museum called The Faces of Battle. Its rather interesting as no matter how much time passes through human society...

A few people have been wondering why the mood of my work is getting darker, but really I don’t have a clue! maybe its because i feel I’m in a dark place in life or just exploring a side of me that wants to play with the idea of beautifying darkness. Who knows we will let nature run its course.
